It was nasty and wet when PK and I finally evacuated our camp at Ensign Lake, paddled four hours into a stiff wind, and strapped the canoe on top of the truck.

I have to admit it: I am damn impressed with the greatness of his firetiger Shadrap lure. In his honeyhole, it fooled northerns, walleye, a smallie, a largemouth, a perch and a bluegill.
